General provisions

1.1 These Regulations define the general conditions for making Orders at TREESTE DAWID WYSOKIŃSKI,

Kolejowa 28, 09-500 Gostynin, NIP: 9710726337

1.2 The terms used in the Regulations have the following meanings:

Customer – a natural person (with full legal capacity) who has made or intends to make a purchase in the TREESTE online store. The Customer may only be a Consumer;

Consumer – pursuant to the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code – a User who, as a natural person, performs a legal transaction in the Store not directly related to his business or professional activity;

Seller – TREESTE DAWID WYSOKIŃSKI, Kolejowa 28, 09-500 Gostynin, NIP: 9710726337;

Store – online store TREESTE DAWID WYSOKIŃSKI

Goods – products offered by the Seller in the online store www.treeste.com;

Order – Customer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a contract for the sale of Goods

1.3 Regulations – this document regarding the provision of services by means of the Store, via the Internet, offers furniture for sale. Products are available in the form of ready-made or non-standard goods – made to order,

2. Rules for using the online store

2.1 The use of the Store’s website may only take place on the terms set out in these Regulations.

2.2 Before using the Store (in particular, before placing an order), the Customer should read the Regulations and the Privacy Policy, which constitute its integral part.

2.3 The customer is obliged to enable the option of saving “cookies” in the browser.

2.4 To place an Order, the Customer should have access to e-mail and an active telephone number.

2.5 The photos posted on the Store’s website are examples and are used to present the offer.

2.6 The names and descriptions published on the Store’s website are protected by law.

2.7 The purchase of the Goods does not require registration in the store.

2.8 Placing an order is done using the order form available on the store’s website.

2.9 Each customer registering or placing an order agrees to receive information related to the course of the transaction to the e-mail address provided by him.

3. Concluding the contract

3.1 The Ordering Party places an Order using the Cart.

3.2 The contract is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

3.3 The prices given on the Website are gross prices (specified in PLN or EUR). Shipping costs are added separately – see the “DELIVERY” tab.

3.4 The Seller takes due care to ensure that the photos of the products reflect their actual condition. The colors of the products may vary – this is due to, among others, different screen settings, as well as the use of the flash. For this purpose, the store publishes product descriptions. Due to a different production batch or the use of natural wood, some products may slightly differ from the products in the pictures (this applies to the arrangement of the grains, shade of the wood, etc.).

3.5 Orders are accepted only via the website www.treeste.com or by e-mail. The seller does not sell by phone.

3.6 The Seller offers for sale products made to the individual order of the Customer.

3.7 To use the Order Form, the Customer selects a product and presses the “Add to Cart” button.

3.8 After adding the goods to the cart, the Customer may continue shopping or proceed to placing an order. After selecting the Products, the Customer presses the “Go to payment” button and completes his data and the method of delivery.

3.9 To place an order, the Customer is obliged to confirm the order by clicking the “Proceed to payment” button.

3.10. By pressing the “Buy and pay” button, the Customer declares his knowledge about placing an order, which entails the obligation to pay. Then a sales contract is concluded between the customer,

and the Seller.

3.11. The condition for using the Order Form is to confirm that you have read and accept these Regulations.

3.12. After placing the order, the Seller sends an e-mail confirming that the order has been placed for execution, containing all the essential elements of the order.

3.13. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer’s contact details are incorrect.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. The prices of the Goods are given in PLN or EUR and include VAT.

4.2. When placing an order, you will receive an advance invoice in the amount of 50% of the order amount. The final invoice is issued 2-3 days before shipment, after sending photos of finished products to the customer. The goods are shipped after receiving the second payment for the order.

4.3. The payment is considered made when the amount due is credited to the Seller’s account
